Project Angel Tree

Mission Team Zumbathon!

The Mission Team will be hosting a Zumbathon on Saturday, November 12th, at the Galax Recreation Center, 4th Floor Gym.  This event will be from 10:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.  Bring your entire family and join in the fun; you can stay the entire time or for only a session.  Donations will be accepted for the upcoming trip to Nicaragua and 100% of the money raised will go…

First Wednesday Potluck Meal

Reminder:  Our First Wednesday Service is this week and is a potluck fellowship meal, followed with church updates.  We are asking every family to bring a main dish AND either a vegetable/salad or a dessert.  We will provide the drinks and paper products.  Our meal will begin at 6pm, with our meeting following from 7-8pm. Nicaragua Fund Raiser Lunch

The Nicaragua mission team will be hosting a fund raiser lunch on November 6th after church. There will be a variety of warm, yummy soup and crisp salads, tea and lemonade, and of course, desserts.  Lunch will be provided by donation. 100% of the money raised will be used for the upcoming mission trip to Nicaragua November 26-December 3. Halloween Candy Needed!!!

We have a BIG need for candy to pass out at the Downtown Halloween Bash on Halloween night. Thousands of kids and their families fill the streets and we want to have plenty of candy!!  We only have this weekend to collect candy.  Please pick up a bag (or two or three) of individually wrapped candy and bring it to church on Sunday.
