Cornerstone Building Use Calendar

Please Read this first before proceeding

At Cornerstone, our heart’s desire is to have our facility used throughout the week to connect people with Christ! However, due to unprecedented high demand, we have made the difficult decision to limit the use of our facilities to Cornerstone’s regular attenders AND to local civic and/or non-profit organizations. If you feel your event falls within those guidelines, then please review our building-use calendar (see below), and if your required date(s) show as available – and meets our use requirements as outlined within our Building Use Policy, then submit your request using the request form below. If you’re not sure if your event falls within those requirements, feel free to fill out the required information anyway and we’ll respond to your request ASAP (typically within 48-72 hours).

The calendar below typically shows when the Cornerstone facility is being used and when it is available, but it may not represent all prospective use as event requests are often received outside of operating hours. Again, all requests are typically processed within 48-72 hours but may take longer due to circumstances outside of our control. Rest assured that we respond to ALL requests in the order they are received.

PLEASE NOTE: Because many facility requests have the potential to overlap, we reserve the right to limit the amount of time we will approve for smaller events (typically no more than 4 hours). Please indicate in your request the minimum amount of time required. If approved, we will ensure that there is sufficient “buffer” time before or after your event before another event would be scheduled.

Finally, events more than 30 days from now can be requested and will be tentatively approved, if possible, but church events and/or ministry activity may take precedence. The event registration will not be finalized until one month from the date of the event.

Cornerstone reserves the right to change or cancel the event registration at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

If technology equipment is needed, special permission is required beforehand and someone from Cornerstone’s approved list must be secured to run the sound/video system. An additional cost of $25/hr, which is paid to the church, is required to run the technology equipment.
