Walking With Jesus – Walking on Water

This week, we continue our new series called Walking With Jesus – Lessons from the Holy Land. After two recent trips to Israel, Pastor Mike wants to share what he learned during his travels. The Holy Land brings the Bible to life as you see the actual places where Jesus walked and taught.

We can all relate to Simon Peter. At times, he was bold and faithful, and at other times, we failed in spectacular fashion. He denied knowing Jesus three times, but that was not the end of his story. When the Resurrected Jesus calls on Peter, Jesus asks Peter to affirm his love, not once, but three times. What will it mean for Peter to repent and be forgiven? What could repentance and Jesus’s forgiveness mean for you? And how then might Jesus be calling you to demonstrate your faith?
