Community Gardening – Tuesday
We will be putting up stakes and running string lines for our beans at the community garden on Tuesday evening, July 8th, beginning at 7pm. If you would like to help, just show up!
July 4th Celebration – Cornerstone Style!
Join us on the 4th as we celebrate America’s birthday Cornerstone Style! We will meet at the church at 12:30pm to decorate wagons and fill them with water bottles to pass out to people lining Main St. for the parade. We will also be passing out flags. This is a great way to serve as a family.…
Community Garden Weeding
We will be weeding at our community garden this Wednesday, July 2nd, from 6-7pm. If you can help during that time or part of that time, please join us. Also, you will want to wear covered shoes because poison ivy/oak are in the area around the garden.
Servolution Service Day is this Saturday
Baby Bottles Due Back this Sunday
Don’t forget to bring your filled baby bottles to church this Sunday (Father’s Day.) You do not need to count the money as the Pregnancy Center will do that for us.
Time to Plant the Community Garden
We will be planting seeds in our community garden on Saturday, June 7th, at 9am. If you would like to help, meet us at the church land. It should only take between 30 minutes and an hour. If you have questions, please call Sonda Tracy at 233-4259.
Praising by the River – Sunday, June 1st
Join us for our Praising by the River event on Sunday, June 1st at 5pm in Fries! We’ll be meeting riverside at the band shelter. Anyone who wants to help be there by 4pm. Donations of hotdogs, buns, watermelon and chips are needed. Bring them to church on Sunday or to the concert by…

Church Softball League
Cornerstone will be playing church league softball this year. Our first game is 7pm on Monday, May 19th, at Felts Park. If you are interested in playing, contact Randy Kegley @ 233-9936 to find out all the info. A signup sheet is located on the Resource Table.
Sole Hope Project
One of our ladies’ life groups will be working on a Sole Hope project on Monday night, May 5th. We will be cutting out shoes that will be sent to Africa to help children with parasite infections. Parasites called jiggers become imbedded in the children’s feet and it is very painful. The shoe protect their feet from the jiggers. We would love to invite any of…
