In our social media saturated society, it’s easy to say or share things that are hurtful and not helpful. But the Bible clearly tells us that we should “spur one another on towards love and good deeds.” (Hebrews 10:24) Instead of complaining, let’s speak life and encouragement into the lives of others. And instead of constantly worrying about what everyone else thinks about us, let’s become secure in who we are in Christ. Becoming obsessed with what people think about you is the quickest way to forget what God thinks about you! But the opposite is also true. Becoming obsessed with what God thinks about you is the quickest way to forget what others think about you.
