On December 17th and 24th during our normal morning worship services, we will be collecting a Christmas love offering. A love offering is a special offering that is above and beyond your normal giving to the church. We encourage you to prayerfully and sacrificially give so that we can continue to reach people in our community for Christ through missions and service.
Throughout the history of Cornerstone, we have given over $100,000 back to our community. This year, we want to use this Christmas offering to bless three separate ministries. The Christmas offering this year will be divided evenly between The Hope House, God’s Storehouse Community Kitchen, and Willing Partners. All three ministries do a great job of ministering to people in need in our community.
You can give online at mycornerstone.org/online-giving and designate your gift for the Christmas Offering, you can use the special Christmas offering envelopes that will be available at church, or you can use the Tithe.ly app to give using your phone.
As a result of your ministry, they will give glory to God. For your generosity to them and to all believers will prove that you are obedient to the Good News of Christ

And finally, we encourage you to continue to support the ministry of Cornerstone through the end of the year. Your normal tithes and offerings support the ministry that takes place each week at Cornerstone. Your gifts also support our missionary work and service to our community. We want to finish the year strong so that we can meet our budget and continue to pay down the mortgage on our building. We appreciate your generosity and partnership! Together, we are reaching our community for Christ.
All year-end gifts and offerings must be received by December 31st (or postmarked by the 31st) to be considered a 2017 charitable contribution.
