Jesus’s first command to the disciples was come and follow me and I will make you fishers of men. Over three years he trained them to do just that. He taught them how to live according to scripture, he taught them how to love, and he taught them how to find real purpose and meaning in the midst of God’s grand story. His last command was to Go and make disciples. We must learn to share God’s Story with others as we follow the commands of Christ.
