Cornerstone Building Use Calendar

We want our facility to be used throughout the week to connect people with Christ!

This calendar shows when the Cornerstone facility is being used. If you would like to reserve it, please click on the link below and fill out a request form. It is the responsibility of the person signing the request form to contact the church office at least two days prior to the event in order to make sure someone will be available to unlock the church for the event. Any Cornerstone Community Church ministry/activity will take precedence unless the event is scheduled at least one month in advance and/or for events that have been reserved on a repeated basis. A $50 refundable deposit is required for anyone wanting to use the facility who does not attend Cornerstone regularly.*

Request to Use Church Facilities

Once submitted and approved, your event will be added to the Building Use Calendar. It is your responsibility to call the church office two days prior to your event to arrange for someone to unlock the doors. If a deposit is required, you must submit this prior to the event.
  • If you would like to use the facility for a repeated event, please indicate the specifics (ie, every Monday, same time, how often, etc.) Events can only be repeated for one year.

  • Community room, worship center, classroom, etc.
  • 100 people is the maximum allowed for using the Community Room.

  • *I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE ATTACHED POLICY AGREEMENT AND ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY TO SUPERVISE THIS GROUP/EVENT. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT MY $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED IF THE FACILITY IS FOUND TO BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS PRIOR TO THE EVENT AND THE POLICY AGREEMENT HAS BEEN FOLLOWED.
