Hey everyone, I wanted to share a quick update. Here’s a couple of things I share in the video
- We get to continue our new sermon series on Guilt, Regret, and Shame this week. We all have stuff in our past that we regret. How do we move past it and find forgiveness and hope for our future? This week, we look at how we try to escape responsibility for our past mistakes by looking at Genesis 3.
- We are thankful for no COVID outbreaks at church, but we also realize there is a very real risk each time we meet. So we ask that you continue to wear your masks, social distance, and wash your hands. In the video, I explain we do this not because of fear, or not because we want to government to tell us what to do. We do this because we want to provide the safest environment possible for people to come and hear the Gospel.
- Please watch from home if you have any COVID or cold symptoms or if you have a cough. It’s just not worth the risk, and you can still be part of our services online.
- Finally, we get to celebrate after our second service this week with a baptism!
I’m so proud of everyone for how the church has handled these past 7 months. We don’t know when things will get back to normal, but we do know that God hasn’t changed! He is faithful! And we can trust him, knowing that God still cares about us and the problems in our world today. So keep praying, and keep looking for opportunities to share the love of Christ.
