ReOpening Cornerstone Kids

ReOpening Cornerstone Kids

We are excited to announce that we are reopening Cornerstone Kids this Sunday! Things will look a little different, but we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to provide a safe environment. Starting out, we will only offer Cornerstone Kids for the 9:15am service and pre-registration is required so that we can ensure class sizes and provide enough teachers.

Room locations will depend on how many children we have registered

We will be offerring classes for the following age groups during our 9:15 service

  • Super Zone 2-3 years old
  • Power Zone Jr 4-5 years old (Pre-K)
  • Power Zone K-4th grade
  • Nursery will be open however no volunteer will be serving in that area.

Check in – Please do not come early.

Check in will begin at 9 am.All volunteers and children will have their temperature checked in the parking lot as they arrive. Anything over 100.4 is considered a fever. (This is for adults and children) Once all temperature checks are good each child will wipe hands with a wipe and apply hand sanitizer on their hands. All Volunteers must wear a mask. Volunteers will also wash hands before entering their classroom.

Children are encouraged but not required to wear a mask and can provide a mask if needed.

What to expect in the classroom

In Super and Power Zone JR class, the children will be 3-6 ft apart at all times. We will have designated spot for each child during play time, worship, lesson and activity times. They will remain in the classroom throughout the service. Bathroom breaks will be given one child at a time. All activities will be interactive, touch-less and all about Jesus!

In Power Zone (K-4TH GRADE), children will be 6ft apart at all times. Each child will have a hulu hoop that will be their designated spot during play time, worship, lesson and activity times. This class will be in the riser room the entire service. Bathroom breaks will be given one child at a time. All activities will be interactive, touch-less and all about Jesus!

Check out

We will also limit the number of parents in the lobby during the check-out process. To help prevent overcrowding, we ask that only one parent enter the lobby as we check children out.

We are excited about reopening. We ask for your patience and understanding as we seek to create an exciting, fun, and safe environment for your children to learn about Jesus.
