Cornerstone Student Ministries – Our Cornerstone Students in 6th-12th grade will meet tonight from 6:30 – 8:00pm
National Day of Prayer – The Galax Ministerial Association invites everyone to join them for a time of prayer on Thursday, May 2nd. All our churches will join together at the Galax Police Department Courtyard from noon to 1pm to pray for our community, our nation, and our world. In case of inclement weather, the backup location will be here at Cornerstone.
Nicaragua Supplies – Our Nicaragua Team is collecting supplies for their trip in July. We can use coloring books & crayons, hot wheel cars, hair bows, kid’s bracelets, flip flops(children’s sizes and small adult sizes), nail polish, deflated soccer balls, ball pumps and small stuffed animals and dolls. You can drop off any gifts in the cafe.
Baby Dedication – During our Sunday morning worship services on Mother’s Day, May 12th, we will be having a Baby Dedication Ceremony. This is a time for both parents and the church to commit to raising our children in a Godly home. If you are interested in taking part in this ceremony, please contact the church office at 276-233-8750
Mission Trip Fundraiser – Our Nicaragua Team is planning a fundraiser on Sunday, May 19th from 10:30 till 1:30 or while supplies last. We will set up in the side parking lot and have BBQ pulled pork and BBQ chicken.
