Cornerstone Student Ministries – Tonight is a youth worship night! Our students (6th-12th grade) will meet from 6 to 8pm. We will have other churches joining us, so invite a friend and enjoy food, great music and a message. Also, deposits are due for youth summer camp. Be at youth for details.
Prom Dress Giveaway – On 17th we will open the church for the event from 3:30 to 5:30pm. We’ll have prizes, refreshments, and fun as we share the love of Christ. Please let us know if you want to help or if you have a dress to donate.

Free Community Meal -Our community meal is coming up soon on Wednesday, April 24. This month it’s fried chicken and baked beans and potato salad! We could sure use your help in preparing the food, setting up, serving, or for all of the above! Signing up is so helpful and will tell us what we don’t need to buy. Holy Week Services – The Galax Area Ministerial Association will host a daily luncheon from noon to 1pm Monday through Friday this week. It will be held in the downstairs fellowship hall at First United Methodist Church. Cornerstone will be providing the lunch, music, and message on Wednesday.
Pots and Pans – We have a collection of crock pots, pans, and food trays that have been left at the church and our community meals. Stop by the cafe today and pickup anything that is yours.
Nicaragua Supplies – Our Nicaragua Team is collecting supplies for their trip in July. We can use coloring books & crayons, hot wheel cars, hair bows, kid’s bracelets, flip flops(children’s sizes and small adult sizes), nail polish, deflated soccer balls, ball pumps and small stuffed animals and dolls. You can drop off any gifts in the cafe.
