This Sunday at Cornerstone we will be starting a new sermon series on the book of Hebrews. The epistle of Hebrews was written at a time when everything in society seemed to be changing. It was written to Christians who were wondering what was going on and what they could do about it. They needed a reminder that God was still in control and they could live by faith and not by sight.
When things go bad in life, we are tempted to return to our former way of life. But Hebrews is a book of evaluation, proving that Jesus Christ is better than anything this world has to offer. If you are struggling with self-doubt, sin, or shame, this is a series that will help you realize that Christ is all you need.
