Out of the Box Worship Center in Hillsville is opening up a food pantry and clothing closet. To support this great local ministry we will be collecting items to help stock their shelves. We will be collecting items from now until Sunday March 5th. Members of Out of the Box have been guests on our Worship team and helped with the community meals. We have had guests on their praise team and supported several service projects. Out of the Box is on Main St. in Hillsville allowing easy access to the food pantry and clothing closet. Below is a list of items they are collecting:
- Meals in a can (soups, stews, chili)
- Tuna or Canned Chicken
- Peanut Butter
- Canned foods with pop top lids
- Canned Fruit
- Low Sodium Canned Veggies
- Olive Oil
- Spices
- Low Sugar Whole Grain Cereals
- Healthy Snacks (Granola Bars, Nuts, Dried Fruit)
Let’s be a blessing to Out of the Box Worship center and help them get this ministry off the ground. Let’s support all of God’s work, not just the work of our church but all of those working for the kingdom.
We will have a collection box at the Information Desk at Cornerstone.
