Here are the bulletin announcements for Sunday, May 31st.
Cornerstone Youth will meet tonight from 6-8pm for worship, food and fun! We will meet outside on the side parking lot (weather permitting) for worship and a cook out. Parents are welcome to join us!
Our Mission Team leaves for Nicaragua in less than a month. We are collecting supplies for our trip and could use coloring books and crayons, hot wheel cars, hair bows, kids’ bracelets, flip flops (children’s sizes and small adult sizes), nail polish, deflated soccer balls, ball pumps, small stuffed animals and dolls. You can bring the donations to church and leave them at the resource desk. This is a great way to get your family involved in mission work!
Discover Cornerstone Lunch – If you pre-registered for the Discover Cornerstone Lunch, we will meet after the second service in the community room downstairs. Our next Membership Class will be held June 28.
Join us this Saturday, June 6th, from 5:00-8:00 pm at the Carroll Wellness Center for a church-wide pot luck dinner and a fun night of swimming, basketball, cardio, weightlifting instruction, BodyPump group exercise class, and more.
Make plans now for our First Sunday Discipleship Training in June. Next Sunday evening Bryan Lindberg will be sharing from his new book about making choices in life. We will also be praying and commissioning Bryanna before she leaves for her mission service in Australia. We will end with a time of communion. We will also have desserts and coffee.
We have a few LifeGroups that meet during the summer. You can view them at the resource table or our website.
And finally, we would like to install a small playground here at the church. You may have noticed our parking lot improvements and we are not done. If you would like to contribute a special offering to this project, please mark Playground Project on your giving envelope.
