Here are the announcements that will be in the bulletin this Sunday, March 22nd if you cannot make it to church or would like to be able to view it before then.
The Youth will meet this evening from 6:30-8pm.
Say Yes to the Dress is this Friday, March 27th, from 6-10pm and we need clothing racks to hang up the dresses. We also need donations of door prizes—hair, nails, tanning sessions, and dinner gift certificates. If you have racks that we can borrow or would like to donate any of these items, please contact Jennifer as soon as possible.
Are you new at Cornerstone? Do you want to learn more about our church? If so, then we invite you to signup for our next Discover Cornerstone Lunch. We will meet next Sunday, March 29th, after our second service. We will share about the vision and mission of Cornerstone, and we will share opportunities for getting involved and connected at Cornerstone. It’s also your chance to ask questions and meet our leadership team. We will have pizza and drinks, and childcare will be provided if needed. Pre-register for this class through our website or at the Resource Table.
This Wednesday is our next Community Meal. We are having “anything chicken” and we still need many people to sign up to bring food, serve and clean up. If you are able to help, please sign up at the Resource Table, on line, or contact Nicole Llamas.
This Thursday Cornerstone will be providing food for God’s Storehouse Soup Kitchen. The menu is subs, chips, cookies/dessert, and fruit. We need folks to sign up to bring everything but the subs and we need a few more people to help serve. You can sign up at the Resource Table, on-line, or contact the church office.
Cornerstone will be providing the food and music on Monday, March 30, for the first service of the Holy Week Services (Galax Ministerial Association) being held at First Christian Church in Galax. All are welcome to the services (and daily luncheons) being held for the community during the week of March 30 thru April 3, from 12-1pm each day.
