Praisin in the Park starts this Sunday night! This is our community wide Bible School for children and we have seen God do great things over the past few years during this event. The lives of many children have been forever changed due to God’s grace and your prayers and hard work.
Thanks to everyone who has already volunteered and given a donation. I am always amazed by how God uses His people to accomplish His purposes.
We are not finished yet! Here are a few ways you can help
On Sunday morning you can bring cans of gatorade or lemonade mix and individual size bags of chips. Leave them by the resource desk upstairs or in the community room.
We are still short on donations. We put out the challenge to get 200 people to give $15 and are not quite there yet. Donations are coming in daily and I know God will continue to provide. This is a community wide event, so we encourage you to get involved.
Donations can be made at church on Sunday by placing it in the offering box, by mail (to PO BOX 757, Galax VA 24333) or online giving through the Cornerstone Website. Please designate Praisin in the Park on your check or in the online comment box
It’s not too late to volunteer! We can always use extra hands and hearts to love on the kids God sends us.
Pray for this event! That God will get all the glory and kids and families will come to know Him!
